We offer refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below. By purchasing from House 43 (online, in-store, or by phone), you agree to the conditions stated in this policy. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Physical Products

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-returnable items include perishables, opened cosmetics, and hygiene items.

b. Digital Goods

  • Refunds only if defective/inaccessible and requested within 48 hours.
  • No refund if the digital content has already been accessed or downloaded.

c. Food Orders

  • Refunds may be issued for wrong, incomplete, or unsafe orders reported within 2 hours.
  • Photos may be required to support your claim.
  • No refund for taste preference or third-party delivery delays.

d. Service Bookings (Studio, Space Rentals, Events)

  • Cancel 72 hours or more in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancel within 72 hours to receive 50% back.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via email or phone with your:

  • Full name
  • Order or Booking ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, receipts)

4. Processing Your Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Returned to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items requested within 7 days.

6. Exceptions

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom events may follow a separate policy.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of fulfillment.
